JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements: •Greet and Welcome all Guests in the Area •Conduct Access Control •Answering Phone Calls & Receiving Packages When Required. •Interior & Exterior Patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities •Answering all tenant questions and inquires •Providing Excellent Customer Services •Coordinating & Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required •Providing detailed reports including reports including occurrence reports, incident reports, and patrol reports as required. •Reporting and documenting any safety hazards to the Operations Managers

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Requirements: •Valid BC Security License Must be able to work in a high pace environment •Must enjoy working with people •High School Diploma or Equivalent
